What is UX Design?

UX Design is a process  of designing what a user will experience via an app or online service in order to help them achieve their desired goals.

What does a UX designer do?

A UX designer creates how someone will experience an online service via a website or an application. This can be anything from streaming a movie, buying their groceries or managing their money.

UX design is not just about usability and making something easy to use. It is about understanding the needs and desires of a user and designing how to best meet that need according to what the business also wants, and what the technology can deliver

Without UX designers, too much money and time may be spent developing online services that users do not want or find hard to use.

The 4P HiddenUX process

All our programmes are based on the 4P HiddenUX process for fast and effective UX Design. Learning this process will help you adapt to other methodologies such as User centred design (UCD), Design sprints and Design thinking.
