Since 2012, England and wales have changed how they fund higher education, which means those going to University will incur a life time of enormous debt without the promise of a career. It pains me whenever I hear College students talk about applying to University when they are not well informed about it’s financial consequences.

Meanwhile, there is one compelling insight that I have noticed, whilst being in my industry for the past 10 years: My industry doesn't require you to have a degree as long as you have the right skills, personality and experience.  

This inspired me to set up Hidden UX, a new education initiative that helps people get into the Digital Creative industry without getting into debt.

I believe there is a better way and Education should be an investment not a debt.
